Week 1 - Resumes and Understanding the Industry
During week one, you will learn about the cybersecurity industry and your place within it. You will learn about the different types of jobs and career paths available, and then you will work on writing your resume using our tips, tricks, and our Perfect Resume Template to get hiring managers to take notice of you more quickly that you could have imagined. By the end of this week, you will have your newly refined resume ready for review so that you can receive personalized suggestions for improvement.
Week 2 - Interviews and the Hiring Process
During week two, you will learn about how the hiring process works from the perspective of the hiring manager, where to find positions to apply for, and the importance of networking. Then, you will focus on the interview process and the types of questions you can expect to receive during an interview. You will also receive our Top 40 Behavioral/Fit Interview Questions and our Top 40 Technical Interview Questions to help prepare you for your upcoming interviews so you can impress potential hiring managers. By the end of this week, you will have conduct a ten question practice interview so that you can receive personalized suggestions for improvement of your interviewing skills.
Week 3 - Negotiations and Surviving the Probationary Period
During week three, you will learn how to understand your worth in the marketplace and how to maximize your compensation package. Then, you will focus on your next career move, how to grow in your career, and how to ensure your success as a cybersecurity professional for many years to come. By the end of this week, you will also participate in a live coaching call with Kip and Jason to ensure you are set up for success as you begin to implement all the skills you gained during the HIRED program.

During the HIRED program, we are going to spend 21 days teaching you all of the ins and outs of the hiring process, from resumes to interviews to negotiations, so that you are ready to hit the ground running in the next 21 days. Most students are hired into a new position within 2 months of completing our program.

Our students have had massive success in landing new positions after completing our program.

That said, we cannot guarantee that you will get a job when you complete this program because there are entirely too many factors outside of our control (such as your location, salary expectations, soft skills, prior experience, etc).
